Our Warranty Promise 

At Fríant Plus, we design and manufacture quality furniture you can trust. Our Warranty provides protection against defects in materials and workmanship for the specific periods listed below, starting from the date of delivery on your invoice. This limited warranty applies only to items purchased directly from Fríant Plus or an authorized Fríant Plus dealer. 

You do not need to register your warranty if you purchase directly from us. For purchases through authorized third-party sellers, we may require proof of purchase or registration to confirm coverage. 

If something isn't right, our support team is here to help — we'll assess the issue and work with you on repair, replacement, or another solution based on the terms of this policy.

Important Definitions 

Normal use means use consistent with the product's intended purpose in a residential home, office, or commercial workspace with standard climate control and regular maintenance as described in product care instructions. 

Commercial use includes offices, co-working spaces, and similar business environments with typical occupancy levels. 

Original purchaser means the first end-user customer who purchases the product for their own use. 

Proof of purchase includes original sales receipt, order confirmation email, invoice, or credit card statement showing the purchase from Fríant Plus or an authorized dealer. 

 

What This Warranty Covers 

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use when products are used in accordance with their assembly instructions and care guidelines. 

During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion: 

  • Repair the defective product, 

  • Replace it with the same or comparable product, or 

  • Offer another remedy as appropriate. 

 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover 

This warranty does not cover: 

  • Damage due to improper use, abuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorized modification. 

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, finish variations due to light/temperature). 

  • Damage caused by third-party products or attachments. 

  • Products used outside normal residential or commercial contexts inconsistent with intended use. 

  • Damage occurring as a result of transportation or delivery arranged by the customer. 

Any repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend the original warranty period. 

 

Implied Warranties 

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitation below may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. 

For California residents: Under California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, this warranty does not limit or exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranties are limited in duration to the warranty period stated above for each product category. 

 

Limitation of Liability 

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRÍANT PLUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. 

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 

Fríant Plus is not liable for delays or inability to perform warranty obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions. 

 

Warranty Eligibility & Limitations 

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. This does not restrict your right to resell the product; however, subsequent owners are not covered by this warranty but may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws. 

Coverage is limited to the continental United States (additional regions may be subject to different terms). 

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces may not be covered — please contact us for verification. 

 

Return Policy 

We want you to love your Fríant Plus furniture. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return items within the timeframes and conditions below: 

For Consumer (DTC) Customers 

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. 

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. 

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged (see "Damaged on Arrival"). 

 

For Dealer & Business Customers 

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. 

  • Items must be unopened and in original box. 

  • Return shipping and/or restocking fees of up to 20% may apply to orders over $5,000 based on order size and condition. 

 

Damaged on Arrival 

  • Report any damaged items within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. 

  • We will assist with replacement or return at no cost for verified damage.

How to File a Warranty or Return Request 

To submit a warranty claim or return request, please follow these steps: 

  • Preferred Method: Log in to your Fríant Plus account and start a warranty or return claim directly through your account dashboard. This ensures faster processing and keeps all your claim details in one place. 

  • Secondary Method: If you are unable to use the dashboard, email or contact our Support Team with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. 

 Our team will review your submission and respond within 5 business days with next steps. Approved warranty repairs or replacements will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval, subject to product availability. 

Important Legal Information 

This warranty policy was last updated on December 23, 2025, and may be modified at any time. Changes will be posted on our website at www.friantplus.com/warranty and apply to products purchased after the effective date of the change. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service available at www.friantplus.com/terms. 

This policy supersedes all previous warranty policies.
