Because these orders are often specialized, they are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to our warehouse in their original condition. If you’re not completely certain your purchase will meet your needs, we recommend retaining all original packaging. This will help ensure the product can be returned safely and arrives without damage.
- During the return process initiated through the “Claims” link on your account, you may receive either a return shipping label or specific shipping instructions, depending on the shipment method.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only.

Sign in to your Fríant Plus account, click the “Claims” button to submit an exchange claim within 3 business days from the date of delivery.

If approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping and send the replacement item at no additional cost.

Exchanges for non-defective items are not available; customers should follow the return process and place a new order.
Refund Process
Refund Process: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. The process usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Initiate a Return, Claim or Exhange:

Primary Method: Log in to your Fríant Plus account and start a return request through your account dashboard "Claims" link (fastest version).

Secondary Method: If you cannot access your account, contact our Support Team with your order number, details of the item, and photos if applicable.
Our support team will review your request and respond promptly to provide next steps, ensuring your Fríant Plus experience is smooth and hassle-free.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of order submission, and payment will be refunded upon cancellation of the order. Orders after 1 hour are in process for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. But you may return the item for a refund. Returns are subject to restocking/return shipping fees.
Pre-order & Backorder Policy
Pre-order and backorder items may be canceled prior to fulfillment processing. Cancellation eligibility may vary depending on the estimated ship window of the item purchased. Specific timelines are indicated on the product page. Once an order enters fulfillment processing, it cannot be canceled.
